Marketplace rules
Lootzy is a peer-to-peer marketplace. We facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers but are not the seller of record. All trades must stay on-platform to be eligible for buyer protection.
Buyer protection
Payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. Disputes must be opened within 72 hours of marked delivery. Lootzy reserves the right to refund or release funds based on evidence provided.
Prohibited items
Stolen accounts, hacked items, and anything violating game publisher terms are prohibited. Violations result in account suspension and forfeiture of escrowed funds.
