Public offer

Published by the operator of the Lootzy marketplace and available without an account. Checkout accepts Visa and Mastercard only.

1. General

This document is a public offer by QUANTUM LIME LTD (company number 16377380, registered office: 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, England, W1W 5PF, United Kingdom, director: Deniss Vasilenko) to enter a contract on the terms below. It is addressed to any person aged 18 or over who places an order on Lootzy.

The offer covers the paid order. Use of the site otherwise is covered by the user agreement, personal data by the privacy policy, and a failed order by the refund policy. If those documents disagree on price, payment, or a refund for a specific order, this offer and the refund policy prevail.

2. Subject

QUANTUM LIME LTD gives the buyer access to an order on the marketplace and takes payment. The seller named on the order supplies the digital item or game service in the way the listing describes: instant delivery, a message in the order chat, or an in-game trade.

The goods are digital: in-game items, keys, top-ups, currency, boosting, and game accounts. There is no physical shipping. A payment method other than Visa or Mastercard is not payment under this offer.

3. Acceptance

Acceptance is placing the order and a successful Visa or Mastercard payment. Before paying, the buyer sees the items, the item price, the buyer-protection fee, and the total.

Acceptance means the buyer has read the offer, the refund policy, and the user agreement, and asks for delivery of the digital item to start immediately after payment. For digital content, that request matters: once delivery starts, a general cancellation window may end, but buyer protection still covers non-delivery and items that do not match the listing.

4. Price and payment

The price is the total shown on the payment step. It includes the item price and the buyer-protection fee where that fee is shown as its own line. There are no hidden charges.

The payee is QUANTUM LIME LTD. Stripe processes the card payment. The buyer pays with their own Visa or Mastercard. We do not ask for the full card number, expiry, or CVV/CVC in chat or email. Those details are entered only in the payment form.

The order is paid when the payment provider confirms the charge. If the bank declines the payment, no contract is formed for that order and the item is not delivered.

5. Holding the payment

After payment the operator holds the order amount. The seller is not paid yet. The seller sees the order and delivers the item. The buyer checks it.

The seller is paid after the buyer confirms the order, or automatically 48 hours after the seller marks the item delivered, if the buyer has not confirmed and has not opened a dispute. While a dispute is open, the operator keeps the money until a decision.

6. Delivery

Instant items are delivered automatically after payment. Other items are delivered by the seller in the order chat or in the game, with a status on the order. The buyer must enter the correct crediting details. A mistake the buyer makes is not non-delivery if the seller delivered to those details and that can be checked.

A key or code that has not been revealed can be cancelled under the refund policy. After the buyer reveals a working code, a change of mind is not a refund. An invalid, already used, or wrong-region code does not match the listing: the buyer opens a dispute and receives a replacement or a full refund.

7. Refunds

Refund conditions, windows, and exceptions are in the refund policy, which is part of this offer. An approved refund goes back to the same Visa or Mastercard. The operator starts the refund within 5 business days after the dispute decision. The bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 business days after that.

8. What each side does

The buyer pays, checks the item in time, and either confirms it or opens a dispute with a clear description and, where possible, a screenshot. The seller delivers the listed item in the stated way and does not ask for extra payment off the site.

The operator decides the dispute from the listing, the status, the chat, and both sides' files. The result is a full refund, a partial refund, a replacement, or payment to the seller.

9. Liability and law

The operator is not the game publisher and does not promise that the publisher approves trading digital items. The operator does promise to take payment, hold it, and follow the refund process published on the site.

The law of England and Wales applies. Mandatory consumer rights in the buyer's country remain where they cannot be waived. A claim about an order goes to support@lootzy.com before any court.

10. Term and details

The offer stays in force while it is published. The operator may replace it. A change of price or refund rules does not apply to an order already paid.
